Assembly Fails to Elect Presiding Member as No Candidate Secures Required Two-Thirds Majority

The General Assembly convened to elect a Presiding Member; however, none of the candidates obtained the required percentage of votes as stipulated by law. Consequently, the election was inconclusive and will be conducted again at a later date to allow members to make another attempt at electing a Presiding Member.
