The District Chief Executive (DCE) has inspected the ongoing construction of the new Fire Service Office within the district. The visit, which was undertaken in the company of the Regional Fire Service Commander, aimed to assess the progress of work and ensure that the project is being executed according to standards and timelines.
During the inspection, the DCE commended the contractors for the progress made so far and encouraged them to maintain quality workmanship to ensure timely completion. The Regional Fire Service Commander also expressed satisfaction with the level of work done and emphasized the importance of the new facility in enhancing fire response and safety operations within the district.
When completed, the new Fire Service Office will greatly strengthen the capacity of the Ghana National Fire Service to deliver efficient emergency and safety services in the area.
