About the Department<\/h2>\n

\n\t\t\t\t\t\tFUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT<\/h3>\n

(1)\tThe Central Administration Department is the Secretariat of the District Assembly and shall be responsible for the provision of support\u201d services, effective and efficient general administration and organization of the District Assembly
\n(2)\tThe Department shall manage all sections of the assembly including:
\n(i)\tRecords
\n(ii)\tEstate
\n(iii)\tTransport
\n(iv)\tLogistics and Procurement
\n(v)\tAccounts
\n(vi)\tStores
\n(vii)\tSecurity and
\n(viii)Human Resources Management
\n(3)\tThe Department shall also coordinate the
\n(o) General administrative functions
\n(b) Development planning and management functions
\n{c) Budgeting functions
\n{d) Rating functions
\n{e) Statistics and information services generally, and
\nHuman Resource Planning and Development of the District Assembly.<\/p>\n
