ADMIN"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>About the Department<\/h2>\n<h3>FUNCTIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT<\/h3>\n<p>(1) The Central Administration Department is the Secretariat of the District Assembly and shall be responsible for the provision of support\u201d services, effective and efficient general administration and organization of the District Assembly<br \/>(2) The Department shall manage all sections of the assembly including:<br \/>(i) Records<br \/>(ii) Estate<br \/>(iii) Transport<br \/>(iv) Logistics and Procurement<br \/>(v) Accounts<br \/>(vi) Stores<br \/>(vii) Security and<br \/>(viii)Human Resources Management<br \/>(3) The Department shall also coordinate the<br \/>(o) General administrative functions<br \/>(b) Development planning and management functions<br \/>{c) Budgeting functions<br \/>{d) Rating functions<br \/>{e) Statistics and information services generally, and<br \/>Human Resource Planning and Development of the District
